Hi Ananth,

6th Puzzle

1… Rc1+
2. Rf1 R*f1
3. K*f1

Now, recollect the pattern promotion square of rook pawn and opposite color bishop is a draw.

3… Bh3
4. g*h3 Draw

7th Puzzle

Combine two ideas. Reaching the black pawn or promoting your c6 pawn. So,

1. Kg7
2. Kf6
3. Ke5

If black spends two moves in capturing the c6 pawn, then white would reach h5 pawn. If black concentrates on pushing the pawn to promote, white can reach d6 and promote his pawn ending up in a draw.
