Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depends on the location of delivery and the weight/dimensions of the product. Delivery charges are calculated for every 500 grams. (i.e.) if you purchase goods weighing 550 grams or 950 grams will cost you the same delivery charge.

Our proud delivery partner is Delhivery. We will ship the product same day if the product is ordered before 12:00, else the product will be shipped the next day. We will try to deliver the product as early as possible. Please note that the time taken for the delivery depends on the location of delivery. At most, we will deliver the product within seven days. However, according to the previous delivery trends, the product reaches the customer within five days.

In case if our delivery partner doesn’t support the delivery at your postal code, we will send the product via India Speed Post.

Terms and Conditions:

• 8cross8 will not be responsible if the delivery SLA time is not met by our delivery partner. However, we will put in our complete efforts to make your product reach the destination at the earliest possible.

• If the delivery time of seven days is not met by our delivery partner, we provide you the option to either accept the product or raise for a return request. We will refund the amount completely if the product is returned.

• 8cross8 is not liable if the product is damaged or lost in transit. However, we assure you that 8cross8 will provide a new product or refund the amount transacted for the order, whichever is agreed by the customer.
